Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's been a tough couple of days. My concentration is a bit sketchy. I really needed this ride. I decided to head up to the Banducci summit and then add the Walmart bike path. The wind was from the South East. The body felt good to start. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. I was able to climb the Banducci wall without red-lining it much. The remainder of the climb was no less than moderate tempo, and not so much high tempo. There was some traffic mitigation, but wasn't too much. I took a few moments rest at the summit and then headed back. There was a head wind on the way up Highline. I kept the tempo steady. Out of the saddle a lot. I made it to the Walmart bike path and made my way to the end of it. I headed back after reaching the turn-around point. I held an easy tempo on the way back to Highline. From there I headed to the next summit with a nice tailwind. The descent went quick. Nearing 40 MPH on the downhill. When I reached OTR, I pulled over to swap out the GoPro battery. After that it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was ok. The music definitely helped. Gear worked great. I used some finish line lube on the cleats. No squeaking from them, but will have to clean them out with a solvent. Balance and form felt good. Ailments were minimal. Just the usual hand soreness. Other notes, I saw at least one cyclist and a few runners.
Other notes: The HR monitor was off, today.
(It was giving false readings).
