Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is great. A good day for WS n Back. In the upper 60's. Wind from the South East. Today was an improv ride. I made it to the end of OTR and removed my knee warmers. I headed out to Highline and to WS. Mostly into the wind. The legs felt good today. I wanted to check for places to park for a "Park and Ride" location. I headed back from WS and made my way onto the Walmart Bike Path. I went to the end and headed back. I checked out the parking lot on Tucker. I counted about 6 parking places, including handicap. I got back onto Highline and headed back. I pulled over when I reached the summit. I swapped batteries on the GoPro. Unfortunately, the camera decided to go into photo mode. So, the video stopped there. As I was descending, I was feeling good and decided to head up Banducci. I had a nice tailwind. I made it to the summit (some traffic mitigation needed). After reaching the summit, I was feeling good. So, I decided to head up the Alpine Forest in the reverse direction. I counted about 4 steep but brief climbs. Upwards of 10% gradient. I was having to weave my way up, in the lowest gear. After reaching the summit, I was able to relax and head back down. The (wide) speed bumps were kind of fun to roll over at 25MPH. I made my way down the Banducci wall, to OTR and back. Concentration was good. I was having to stay active to maintain focus. I'm glad I got out about an hour earlier than usual. Balance and form felt good. I adjusted the saddle, rotating it the right. Gear worked perfect. I installed a new tire, yesterday. No issues there. Ailments were minimal. Some hand soreness here and there. Nutrition was good. I consumed all my Gatorade and some water. For 35 miles, that's great. Thanks to the cool weather. Other notes, I saw a bunch of walkers / runners on the Walmart bike path. Not many cyclists out. I saw one as I was descending OTR. There was a glider in WS. I aimed the camera upwards. Will have to see if it captured it.
