Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather continues to be cold and snowing. The ground is mostly dry but not enough for a bike ride. I decided to ride on Zwift. I didn't find a group ride that I wanted to join, so I did the mountain loop. The legs felt pretty good to start. I was good to go by the time the climb started. I was putting over 200 watts for most of the climb. So, around 3 to 3.5 W/kg. I kept the tempo steady. I wasn't looking for a PB. The miles went fast. I was listening to my music for company. there were tons of riders today. Over 10,000 strong. I was counting down the landmarks till I reached the summit. I reached the summit. I think I got 120th or so, on the climb. I added the bonus climb. From there it was back to town. I kept the tempo going through the rolling terrain, until I reached the finish. I cooled down for a few minutes till my HR reached 112 BPM. Concentration was good. The morale was on the positive side. Gear worked great. Balance and form was good, not great. Ailments, some hand soreness. Not so much numbness. Nutrition was good. I had about 1/2 my Gatorade, no water. Other notes
