Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's raining/snowing out and I had a bad morning. The gastro didn't agree after breakfast and morning nap. I was able to hop on the trainer out of will, more than anything. The body wasn't as responsive as usual, but I didn't care much. I just wanted to get the ride under my belt. Not sure what it is. Could be dietary. So, today was a less than average ride, but not too bad. I made it to the summit of the climb under 31 minutes. I was able to complete the bonus climb as well. From there, I knew I could make it back to the start finish. Perhaps the fan was on too high. I was never sweating. After making it to the start finish, I cooled down for a few minutes and then hopped off. Concentration was good, all things considered. Gear worked perfect. Ailments, some lower right quad soreness as I was climbing. It went away after t made it to the summit. Or, there about. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was plenty. I had about 1/4 of my Gatorade and some water. Other notes, there were about 5 or 6 thousand riders today.
