Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I decided to head up to the Banbucci Summit. I'm calling the past few down days the Daylight savings jet lag. The legs felt pretty good from the start. I made it to the summit of OTR in average time. I made my way up Banudcci, no stopping. There was some traffic mitigation. I was able to climb the Banducci wall without red-lining it much. The remainder was mostly moderate tempo to the summit. After making it to the summit, I headed back down the mountain. I stopped twice while on my way back. Once to pickup the bit of handle grip tape that I had draped from my brake hoods and to take a photo of a solar panel system that I like, on OTR. From there it was mostly fun and games. It was a good recovery ride. Concentration was good. The morale continues to be on the good side. Balance and form felt good. Ailments were minimal. Gear worked great. Nutrition was good. I had about 1/4 of my Gatorade. No water. Other notes, there were no other cyclists out there today.
