Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather was perfect for a Keene ride. The wind was going the right way and the temperature was nice and cool. I wore arms, knees and a skullcap. I made it to the summit of the descent in good average time. I made my way to the base, putting in two digs on the risers. I didn't bother to check my time at that point. I removed my skullcap and headed back up the mountain. The legs were responding well, and cardio too. Pretty much the best of both worlds. I was doing good tempo most of the way up. High tempo in the last 10 to 15 minutes. The miles went fast. The morale was good. I felt well rested. I really put the power down in the last 3 minutes. Keeping the tempo high. Everything was aligned. Stuff a cyclist lives for. My concentration was spot on. I had some things to keep me occupied and, like I mentioned, the morale was good. Balance and form was good. I felt good in and out of the saddle. Ailments were minimal. Some hand soreness here and there. Gear worked perfect. I got the new GoPro mount yesterday and it worked like a charm. Nutrition was perfect. I had about 1/2 my Gatorade and no water. Other notes, there were visitors at the loop monument. They had a sign with the up-coming improvement. They want to put a platform where people and stand over the ledge of the cliff. There were no other cyclists today.
