Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

This is the first ride since Caliente. The legs feel good. Pretty much 100% recovered. I didn't want to push it too much, so I headed up the Alpine Forest. Plenty of climbing on a brief ride. The weather is great, as is always is this time of the year. I felt good from the start. The cool air and slight breeze in the South direction helped a lot. I made it to the end of OTR, but forgot to check the time. Probably making it there in good average. The Banducci wall was with some traffic mitigation, otherwise I was able to stomp it out. I felt better when I reached the Alpine Forest. Less traffic and easier to focus on the ride. I was red-lining it half of the climb. At maximum reaching Lemans. I made my way around the backside and to the summit. I took a few moments rest at the summit and then headed back. The remainder was mostly downhill. Concentration was good. Still a bit bitter about putting a chip on my car. It will take a while to get over it. Balance and form was good. I was able to sit in the saddle and spin for a few moments on the steeper sections of the climb. Ailments were minimal. Gear worked perfect. Other notes, no other cyclists today. I took some photos of cows grazing at the summit of Banducci. I stopped once more to take photos of what appeared to be the Indian Hill (face that looks like an american indian).
