Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Another rehab ride today. I decided to start riding down to Keene. My thinking is that I want to increase the mileage gradually until I can do the entire ride. The ailment that is plaguing me the most prohibits me from getting out of the saddle for more than 5 or 6 pedal strokes. Also, I am unable to employ deep breathing. As it is, I'm probably around 60% of normal. Nevertheless, it was a comfortable ride for the most part. I have to let go of the handle bars for my right arm when going over rough terrain as it hurts the ribs and chest. I was working on balance and form. My legs felt weak to start, but by the time I reached the WTR summit, I was sufficiently warmed up. Interesting that I can notice a physical difference in size of my leg muscles from the start of the ride, to the last half. Gear is working well. I was concerned about the rear derailleur because of the a small scratch on the exterior. From what I can tell, it is still in perfect working order. Other notes, hopefully I will be able to purchase the new 11 Speed components today.
