Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's warm out. I was debating on doing a ride today. I decided to head out to WS. The wind was going South East. I wore my arm coolers for protection from the sun. The legs felt good from the start. The temperature was warm, but I think I'm getting acclimated. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. I headed out to WS on Highline. Keeping the tempo steady, no digs. After making it to WS, I headed back, no stopping. I was going into the wind at this point. I put it in an easy gear and played it patient. When I reached Tucker, I was feeling good enough to add the Banducci Summit. There was some traffic mitigation going up the wall. I was near max, but I had a bit left. The remainder of the climb was steady moderate tempo and mitigating traffic. After making it to the summit, I pulled over and swapped out the GoPro battery. From there I headed back down the mountain. The morale felt good. It was mostly fun and games from here. Concentration was good. Ailments were minimal. Perhaps some hand soreness. Balance and form was good. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I drank most of my provisions. Other notes, I saw two cyclists today.
