Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Peggy's family went to the Sequoia National park. So, I did a solo ride today. The legs were heavy to start. I decided to take it easy. I scratched the Banducci climb. I didn't bother to check the time when I reached the end of OTR, but it was no better than average. The way out was mostly relaxing after the mile climb. There was some construction going on, so that delayed things a bit. I was in no hurry. About two miles from WS, I noticed the wind turbines were turning counter clockwise. That meant that I would have a tailwind on the way back. I made it to the turn around and headed back, no stopping. I had a tail wind for about 2 or 3 miles, after which it turned into a headwind. The legs felt a bit better, but still on the heavy side. After making it to the summit of Highline, I had to wait till traffic was allowed to pass through the construction zone. I made my way back to OTR and it was mostly fun and games from there. Concentration was good. I kept reminding myself to be patient. Balance and form was good. Gear worked flawless. Ailments were next to none. Nutrition was good. I had all my Gatorade and some water. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
Other notes. For some reason the GPS stopped recording after about 40 minutes into the ride. I calculated that I lost between 2 to 10 minutes of recorded metrics.
