14, Gerry, Jackie, Patsey, Jane, Alec, Frank, Ray W, Jim H, Lawrie, John J, Clive, Don, Chris C, and, Graham followed me out of Uxbridge to Kingshill and elevenses at the Cafe Estrela Do Norte. John M joined us as we passed his house and Colin F at Kingshill.
After coffee we set off to and through Northala Fields and Perivale Park. Crossing under the Western Avenue we continued on and through Ealing Central Sports Ground to Horsendon Lane which was followed up to the Paddington Arm of the Grand Union Canal. We rode along the towpath before turning off through Paradise Fields following the Capital Ring Path.
Back on the road we soon reached The Black Horse for lunch.
After lunch Colin left us to cycle home and we followed the canal round to Yeading where upon leaving the canal we followed quiet roads to Hillingdon Heath and tea at The Wonder Cafe after which the group dispersed.
