Today's ride was supposed to be half solo and half group, it ended up being completely solo playing seek the out if you can, I couldn't I know I was close but close is only good in hand grenade, LOL! The ride started out bad, it was too hot 93* and very humid, I was starting late, my Di2 front shifter wasn't working not sure why, I was able to get it semi working. I get down 2.5 miles and there was 5-10 min traffic delay someone had a head on collisions with a telephone pole and totaled their car and snapped the pole so utility crew were replacing the pole. they were turning cars around as the road was blocked on both sides, I asked and they allowed me thru another delay to meet the group..When I finally got out the where the group was I saw and heard some thunder and lightning along with some lite rain here and there... the ride wasn't without some comfortableness either; my lower back felt like some one had stabbed me with a knife and was twisting it for most of the ride not pleasant at all, left knee was just not right very much feeling weak, saddle contact area of the right side felt like I was sitting on big tack and marble not comfortable at all and the arthritis in my elbows and neck just ached and made things a challenge. Even with all these challenges, annoyances and pains I wouldn't give up my riding as they are worth every second of it and some of these pains lessen with time or are not as intense while I ride. I live with most of these pains whether I ride or not and they get worse when I am idle...

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
