Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

This is the first ride I've done since the recent ERCP procedure. I felt average. No soreness in the body. I decided to head out to Highline and explore a street I've never been to. I made it to the summit of OTR in average time. I cruised my way up Highline and then to Adalante Street. The street goes on for about a mile, then it turns into coldasack (spelling??). From there I turned around and headed back to Highline. As I was on my way down, there was a cross street that looked interesting. I decided to investigate. It goes all the way to Backes Lane. From there I headed back to Highline and then home. Concentration was good. The morale felt good, being that this was the first time in a few days that I was able to ride. Balance and form felt good. Gear worked great. Ailments, next to none. Nutrition, I had most of my Gatorade, no water. Other notes, no other cyclists out there, but there were some runners.
