Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I had to get up early because I needed to finish a project before 5PM today. Keene was the perfect place to ride now. And, the temperature was cooperating at this time of the day. Winds were from the North West. I made my way up to the summit of the descent. I didn't bother to check my time. But, likely good average time. I cruised the downhill and put in two digs on the risers. After reaching the base, I headed back. No stopping. I had stuff to think about and the music helped too. I was counting off the landmarks and guessing how many songs I would need to get to a certain point. It was mostly steady tempo and staying out of the red-zone. Concentration was good. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, some left hand numbness while out of the saddle for extended periods. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I drank most of my Gatorade and minimal water. Other notes, no other cyclists out there today. There were construction workers at the Loop Monument. I guess they aren't finished with that project.
