Ok.... Today was a crazy ride! I went solo today to Stallion Springs. First off, they tore up Old Town Road and left asphault and gravel all over the place. By the time I got out of there, my tires were caked with debris. So, I get to the other side of the road, at the end of Old Town. I took my tire lever and scraped as much as I could off the tires. They are still doing road construction on Banducci. As before, I had to wait about 8 or 10 minutes. I get over top and head to Stallion Springs. I complete the lap, and about half a mile from making the right turn home, I decided to do a double. Then, I thought, why not do a tripple since I was going to be stoppig at the quickie mart any way. I ended up feeding on the 3rd lap at the top of the SS rise. Bought water and gatorade at the quickie mart and headed home. After the next 3 or 4 miles, I decided not to go back on Old Town Road, with the gravel and crud there. So I went on Route 202 and made a left on Woodford-Teh., Next to Frosty Kings (I think that's what that burger joint is called). I think it had to be at least 2 miles, plus or minus. First time riding that way, and no wonder, not much room on the right. Very scarry! Ailments, My left knee was a little sore at times, but didn't persist. Back was a little iffy, no biggy there. Concentration was pretty good. Balance was good. Bike is working well, Gopro is working well. GPS heart-rate strap went bad, so I ordered another. Will get here on Monday.
