Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Went for a ride at noon. The weather was good, a little hot, but a cool wind from the north. My legs and knee are a little sore from the little tumble earlier in the week. My legs were a little heavy the first 15-20 minutes, but felt better after warming up on Old Town Road. I decided to do 3 loops at SS, I brought enough provisions, including an energy bar. I stopped by the quickie mart for some water and gatorade. It lasted the rest of the way, with room to spare. I felt the same on the 3 laps, but the wind was relentless the minute I turned left on Banducci. I fed on the 2nd or 3rd lap, I can't remember exactly. I had half of the energy bar. I wore my new jersey today, and it felt good. I'll likely buy another later on, when there's a deal at Performance Bike. Ailments... Other than the expected soreness from the bruises, just a little numbness in the right hand at times. It happened and lasted only a minute or two at times. The bike worked flawless, I think it was creaking at times, but nothing that indicated that something was wrong. Going to keep my ear on that issue. I need to wrap new handlebar tape (which I already have) soon. The Gopro worked perfectly, except at the very end. I had to pull the battery out to reset the camera. Unfortunately that corrupted the last video, so I lost that footage. No biggy there, as nothing unusual happened. The GPS harness is a little loose, I think I'll redo it with new zip ties. Doesn't look like the actual harness is broke.
