Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Went riding with Roger in the afternoon. Weather was warm but comfortable. Wind from the North, so tailwind on the way back. We cruised the downhill and started back up the climb with modest tempo for about 8 to 10 minutes. After that we went at our own pace. I set a good tempo on the way out, pushing to the red zone a few times. I felt pretty good, my right knee was sore on occassions and the most notable would be my right and a little of my left hand tingling, especially on the last few miles. Shaking it off helped, but it never really went away. I was in the red zone when I felt like this. Concentration was good, balance was pretty good. Had to concentrate on balance at certain points, but it seemed to come together for most of the ride. My bike seems to have a clicking noise that comes and goes, I tried readjusting the skewer tightness, not sure if that helped though. The GPS is working well, as is the new heart rate strap. GoPro is working well. Although, it was in 1080p movie mode the whole time. I was under the impression that it was in timelapse on the way back. I ended up waiting about 7 minutes for Roger to reach the top. In the meantime, I was doing 100 yard laps over the top to stay warmed up. I came pretty close to colliding with a car today. I made a u-ee without looking back. I didn't hear anything, but that was my mistake. The driver stopped in time, and I think I was already on the other side of the road had she not stopped in time. (I got it on video, but only a glancing view).
