Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Went on a solo ride in the mid afternoon. Weather was warm, especially on the way back up the climb. I cruised the downhill, but gave a little kick when there was a car behind. Probably no more than 1/2 mile. The way up the mountain was full of heat. That was pretty much the extent of my ailments. Other than that, my right hand gets numb when I reach above 155BPM. Bike is working well, I reseated the rear wheel and I think that may have helped the creaking noises. I think I might do the same for the front wheel. Concentration was pretty good, but dogdy at times. Balance was also pretty good. No GoPro for the moment. GPS is working great. I'm thinking of doing a long ride when Peggy and Rob gets here. I was thinking, Keene n Back + Tour de Teh. I'll start early in the morning, say around 6-7am. Bring big bottles, 3 energy bars. Feed at the top of Woodford-Teh. on the way back. Rest a little. Ride to the top of Banducci, feed and rest. Then go to SS. Feed if necessary and buy drinks from the quickie mart. Hopefully they will be open. I'll have my GoPro by then, so I"ll probably have to bring 3 batteries, as I anticipate that it will take around 3:30-3:45.
