Nancy reminds me of some Irish friends in looks. Very energetic. Tries to put people at ease since there's a big range of skill and power in the class. Class set up pretty well. She pushed us hard and had some funny and practical mid-ride suggestions. Plenty of competition. She pushes for stats which is huge for me in the competition.
Watts was way low, but applying an adjustment factor to put me at my peak wattage seems to have my average watts a little too high. I guess it's possible I'm that high up on such a short ride.
I was on top again, but AJ27 gave me a run for it, only 30 trophy points below me. I was lower points today (multiple days in a row) by about 15%. There were 6 people within 20% of me. At some point, I may want to move to a different bike, just to make sure it's not a bike specific advantage, but when I was on bike 18, it seemed fairly similar.
This file was reconstructed to add cadence back in. For some reason, Garmin was unhappy with this file, and the source FIT file had no cadence (but the TCX has no power or speed).

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
