Today I went riding with Roger in the mid afternoon. The weather was sunny, but comfortable. We did real modest tempo riding. I gapped him a few times, but didn't have to wait for more than a few minutes. So, I was able to remain warmed up in between waiting. I really didn't have any ailments today, I felt real comfortable. Concentration was lower than usual. I was saying to myself that it felt like a 6.5. Balance was pretty good. I tried to work on form for most of the ride. The bike is working great, I noticed that some of the creaking noises was coming from the wheels. I re-seated the front wheel and that seemed to minimize the squeeking noises. There's still some noises that sound like they're coming from the bottom bracket, but I think I just need to retighten the cranks, as the bottom bracket is a sealed mechanism. GPS is working great. No GoPro, I hope to get it back this week. I ordered some Chamois cream, hope to get that this week as well. So, I'm definitely planning on doing the Keene - Tour de Teh ride when Peggy and Rob gets here. I haven't decided how I'm going to do my strength training days, with the company being here. I'm probably just going to ignore them, put on some earphones and music and do my thing. I think it'll turn out fine.
