Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The GI wasn't agreeing in the morning after breakfast. My departure was delayed by about 30 to 40 minutes. At least the weather warmed up a bit. The wind was from the North and the temperature around low 50's. I wore the standard kit, knees, arms, cap, base layer. I was sufficiently warm. The legs were slightly heavy to start, but got better as the ride progressed. I made it to the summit in good average time. The descent was fun. There was some traffic mitigation, so I had to let them by. After reaching the base, I checked the GoPro battery. It was at about 67%. The return trip felt good. The air was dense and cool. Just the way I like it. The landmarks ticked over quite fast. I think my legs felt better as the ride progressed. I was able to put the power down and keep it there. Mostly doing moderate to high tempo. The music helped a bit. I had it on low volume so that I could concentrate on breathing. Concentration was good. Minimal lapses and the morale felt good. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I had most of my Gatorade. Ailments, minimal. Maybe some hand soreness. Gear worked perfect. Other notes, no cyclists or trains today.
