Now it's just ridiculous. Temps in the mid-60s with a warm south breeze so yeah, of course there was a ride. Had to be downtown yet again for ANOTHER in-person meeting (uh, people, p a n d e m i c...) so took the bike and allllll the gear. Completely worth it. Deliberately went mostly east-west because of fairly strong south wind -- the stretch at 21.8 heading south is downhill, so wind was not a factor. Then by the stretch at 26, the wind had pretty much let up because it was getting dark. New light is VERY bright and works well. Felt really good once started; legs were strong until a little hill at 29 when I realized, yeah, glad there's not much more coming, especially any hills of any kind. Tell me again why I have a Peloton? With weather like this who needs one? (uh, forecast for next week sounds a whole lot like winter...)
