Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. The weather hasn't let up much. It stopped snowing, but the streets are un-rideable. Perfect for a Zwift ride. My right knee was feeling good before the ride started. It became somewhat problematic as the ride progressed. I warmed up for the first 10 to 15 minutes till the climb started. I was doing mostly 3W/kg or more till I reached the bridge. While crossing the bridge, I remained in the saddle. Immediately after I crossed the bridge, I got out of the saddle and commenced the uphill grind. My right knee was starting to get sore, so I was having to adjust my pedaling technique. Favoring the left leg a bit and pulling more than pushing. I'm guessing that it has something to do with the cleat position. Either the stance or fore-aft position. I'll adjust it for the next ride. Other than the bad knee, the climb went well. I was having to alternate in and out of the saddle to help mitigate the knee pain. While, in the saddle, was spinning. The landmarks went fast. After making it to the last tunnel, I could see that my time wasn't all that bad. I kept the wattage above 3 W/kg till I crossed the finish. From there it was the bonus climb. I was a bit reserved on my effort. I wanted to let the knee to recover as much as possible. So, I wasn't able to put my normal power into the pedals. After making it to the summit, I headed down the mountain. Mostly spinning the pedals. More of the same when I made my way back to the island. I was doing over 100 RPM while in the saddle. Out of the saddle when the slope reached 3% or more. The sprint zone went uncontested. When I crossed the finish line, I backed off and begun the cool-down phase. After around 20 miles and the HR at 112BPM, I called it quits. Concentration was good. I've been wanting to do this ride for a while since being ill and the knee situation. Ailments, the right knee. Balance and form, good. Favoring the left side. Gear worked perfect. I used a spare Di2 cable for the rear derailleur and had no issues. Nutrition was good. I fed a Cliff Bar before the ride. That more than held me over. Other notes, there were about 5000 riders when I started the ride.
