Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather continues to be unrideable. I decided to ride the same route on Zwift from the previous ride. This time, I made sure I got it on video. I used OBS. Nvidia and MS Game Bar didn't work today. OBS to the rescue. To be honest, other than the captivating scenery, the map isn't much fun. There are minimal climbs. Lots of false flats. It makes for a good recovery or rehab ride. The right knee was feeling ok before I hopped on the trainer, but it started bothering me as the ride progressed. Eventually, I ended up raising the saddle height. I'll have to dial that in some more. I'm not sure if the saddle is too loose and lowering on itself, so I'll mark the height to find out. The Di2 was giving me problems on this ride. For some reason, the cable connecting to the rear derailleur seems to un latch itself when shifting from the upper to lower gears (and back). Eventually, I got it to work, but took some time. The ride went well. The right knee was bothering me, so I didn't get a 100% workout that I would have liked. I was able to give the climbing KOM a go. I was favoring the left knee, so I was putting in 90% of max, at best. I placed 56-ish out of 500+ riders. There were over 5000 riders on this map when I started. From there, I was mostly spinning and just checking out the scenery. It was a good map for my situation. After completing the first lap, I cooled down for a couple miles then hopped off. Concentration was good. A bit of frustration at the start when I had to fiddle with the Di2 cable. Balance and form was skewed to accommodate the right knee soreness. Gear worked good after getting the Di2 to cooperate. Ailments, the right knee, a hint of soreness on the left. Definitely saddle height related. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs, but I did have some slight GI soreness towards the end of the ride. I'm wanting to say that it was the Gatorade, but not 100% sure. The GI was bothering me in the morning and I had to sit up in bed with an ice pack for about 45 minutes. Other notes, I used my Walthius midi music collection with my midi player smartphone app. Worked like a charm!
