Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is cold. About 40 degrees. I wore the full winter kit. The legs were a bit heavy to start, but warmed up in a timely manner. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I made it to the summit of OTR. Making it there in good average time. The Banducci Wall was a bit of traffic mitigation, otherwise an invigorating segment. I felt a bit better when I reached Alps. The ascent went fast. The knees and legs were cooperating, so I was able to put in whatever I desired. Doing mostly good tempo. No less than moderate. In and out of the saddle. I made my way around the backside and then to the summit of Banducci. I took a few moments rest. The GoPro battery was at 50%. After letting traffic by, I headed back down the mountain. I was getting cold, I was having to cover my face with the mask that I was wearing. Descending off the Banducci Wall was a treat. Once back on OTR, it was mostly fun and games. Concentration was good. I had lots to think about. The music helped too. There were some minimal gremlins.
Balance and form was good. Ailments, next to none, other than being cold. Gear worked perfect. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs, I had about 25% of my Gatorade. No water. Other notes, No other cyclists today.
