The ride started off with some award-winning and very delicious macarons Melinda made.
The ONE time I decided to take Village Dr. over to Alameda de las Pulgas, Valerga Dr. was completely blocked at both ends by police. In total, there were a dozen police and Sherriff's cars for a reported gunshot.
Finally got to try my idea of getting dim sum from Hongry Kong. I was able to text them my order and they had it ready for pickup. We were early actually so that worked out otherwise the food might have been cold if we were on time.
In the past, I've picked up food for lunch and then ate it at the park when no one was around. It didn't occur to me that the playground would be filled with kids in the evening. And they were screaming at each other across the separate playgrounds with the tables where we were eating directly in between.
I actually ordered too much (got to eating before taking shots of everything). Having more people would've helped. I sort of knew it would be a possibility and brought my packable backpack to take the leftovers home.
The tree we were sitting underneath was dripping what looked like the insides of blueberries. It was getting on us, our bikes, and the food.
It was a surreal dinner but fun as was the ride. Did some road bikeable gravel.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
