I was gong to ride late last night but it was raining on and off besides my left knee was not feeling good. So I got up early before my Pulmonary Testing, (I was told everything went well and no issues with the lungs. I went in because for a long while now when speaking I run out of air before the sentence has ended and if I try to hold a tone I run out of air way too soon). Back to the morning ride, I started out slow as both knees were giving me issues. With a tale wind it was easy to get up to speed, so I decided to keep up the speed and put in more effort than I had been doing. It felt good to do it too. The last 1/2 was into a headwind it and bad roads it was work to keep up the speed. After the ride my legs were yelling and not happy. I was hoping to do an easy ride later in the day but with rain looming over the forecast and raining on and off, I never made it out.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
