Finally got out to ride much later than I was hoping... it was much colder too but luckily I was properly dressed! Left knee and lower back was was stiff and achy, after a slow start and tailwind I started to feel better and got up to speed just in time for the headwinds and strong gusts to start kicking my butt which forced me to get serious. It was a super tough battle fighting the wind which at times almost had me beat! I notice after a strong push into the headwind and up a hill was I was able to breathe deeper and exhale longer... I think it may have been helped by the Lung testing I went thru yesterday, I was forced to breathe into a machine with forced inhales and exhales in ways I never had to before and the end of the testing I had to breathe in some doses of meds several times each stronger than the last that was supposed to inhibit lung function, which I think forced my lungs to have the opposite effect! Another positive thing I noticed, I wasn't coughing after a deep inhale breath as I was doing before the testing. So this ride was very beneficial, successful and rewarding!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
