Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Went riding with Roger today. The weather was a little unusual, clouds, humidity and some sun. It was warmer down at Keene. I felt pretty good today. Did good time to the top of Keene (beforethe descent). Nothing unusual or worthy of noting on the downhill. Pretty much cruising the way down. The ascent started out modest. I had to catch up to Roger because he turned around a bit before the bottom. No biggy, just had to up the tempo. In any case, I did real good on the ascent. No ailments. I shook my hands every so often as I reached the halfway point. It helped alot because I didn't feel any numbness. Concentration was good, but dodgy at points. But, never serious to impeed my progress. Balance was also good. Gopro woked like a charm today. As did the GPS. Bike squeeked on the cleats. It's pretty much narrowed down to that, in terms of bad noises coming from the bike.
