Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Went riding with Roger in mid afternoon. Weather was cooler than the previous ride. As usual, I had to wait for roger every now and again. But I took advantage of it, by doing interval-like efforts. So, the time lost in overall, I made up for the quality of the workout. There is still construction near SS, but also on route 202. I felt good today, no aches from yesterdays strength training. No numbness in the hands or soreness in the back. So, in that respect, the ride was great. Concentration was not as good as the last ride, but balance was equally as good. I got the Battery Bacpac for the Gorpo and it worked perfectly. I think I had to fiddle with the buttons on one or two occasions, but that only took a few seconds to right it. The GPS had problems reading the gradient as I creasted the top of Cummings Valley road. Not sure why that happened. Likely, a once in a 100 thing. will have to keep an eye on it. No biggy. Bike is working great. I filed down my right cleat to see if that would help the squeeks. It worked for a little while, but it started squeeking at about 1/2 of the ride. I'm relulctant to put new cleats on. I'll be adjusting it in the next few rides, just to see if I can get another 3 to 4 weeks out of it. (sidenote), I think I saw a California Condor, and Roger saw 8 deer on Old Town Road.
