Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

My right calf is feeling much better. It cooperated today! I decided on the Alpine Forest. I figured it would be a good test. The weather is in the mid/upper 70's with cool winds from the North West. The legs felt good to start. I made it to the end of OTR in good average time. The Banducci Wall had minimal traffic mitigation. I was near max going over the top. After making it to Arosa, I was able to recover just a bit before settling into the uphill tempo. The miles went fast. I was close to max going over the top. The body cooperated. I made my way around the back side. The downhill dips were fun. From there, I headed to the top of Banducci as was planned. I took a few moments to recover, then headed back down the mountain. It was mostly fun and games from there, so I was able to enjoy the remainder of the right in relative comfort. Concentration was good. Few lapses. I had a few things to think about. Balance and form felt good. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I had most of my Gatorade, no water. I filled with just a quarter cup of Gatorade. I think that was the sweet spot. Noted for future reference. Ailments, some hand numbness while out of the saddle. Gear worked flawless. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
