Tour dem Upper MoCo Rollers

Weather forecast -- and actual weather with an hour to go -- was awful for the first TourDemParks in three years so bailed at the last minute. And then the weather ... improved. Obviously guessed wrong. Obviously probably should not put so much faith in the forecasters.

So what to do? Go ride in the country, that's what. SEEMED a lot more climby than the GPS track reveals, but there are a lot of rollers on this route as well as some longer climbs.

Felt pretty good til Mile 20 then things went south for a bit. Legs felt awful. Heart rate never got out of control but just didn't feel ... right. The last 10 weren't a death march but definitely did not feel very strong. Maybe just tired? Maybe more climbing over 30 than am used to so far this year?

Temps maybe 80 with plenty of sunshine and maybe a little humidity. Otherwise good ride.
