Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Another great day for a ride. It remains on the cool side. In the 70's. Winds from the North West. Ideal for a SS ride. The legs felt good from the start. Morale was sufficient. I made it to the summit of OTR in average time. I was conserving my energy at this point. The Banducci Wall had some traffic mitigation. I was near max over the top. After recovering on the flat segment, I finished the climb. Again, some traffic mitigation. When I reached the summit, I took a few moments rest. Hydrated, checked the GoPro battery and then headed down the mountain. There was traffic from behind, so I was having to be a bit conservative. Making my way to SS was mostly moderate steady tempo. More or less the same going around the backside of SS. The descent was nice. Love the pavement. I stopped at the park for a quick bio, then got back on the road. I zipped through town. There was some sort of event in the skate park. The return trip was nice. The tailwind was there for most of the flats. Before the last climb, I pulled over to swap the GoPro battery. Unfortunately, I was so preoccupied that I forgot to restart the camera recording. From there it was mostly non-stop to home. There was minimal traffic mitigation on Route 202. From there, it was a relaxing descent to Mariposa. I shut it down after reaching Bald Mountain. Concentration was good. Morale felt good and I had some stuff to think about. Nutrition was good. Turns out that I only needed one bottle of Gatorade. I supplemented it with water when the stomach showed signs of souring. The bottle Fidlock on the fork was starting to slip, so I had to pull over a couple times to adjust it. Gear worked flawless. Balance and form was good. Other notes, I saw one cyclist, some horse riders in SS and two or three runners.
