Its has been 5 days since my last but not by design... 2 days were Grand Opening for my Brother's Karate School that I will be teaching American Freestyle Karate and Japanese Kenjutsu/Iaijutsu Sword Training; 2 days working and 1 day I couldn't fit into my schedule. Today's ride I wasn't sure how hard I would have to ride. My new friends put me threw my paces and I didn't drink enough during the ride thus suffered the consequences of that mistake. It started with my left hand cramping then my lower back and finally my lower quads on both legs. When we got to the last several hill in 5 miles they took off going up the hills and when I stood to put down some power my legs said, "No Mas!" and sat me back down on my saddle. I was good on the flats but nothing for the hills and we got 500 foot climbing in less than 5 miles. The ride was great and enjoyable with very good, strong and thoughtful riders!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
