We started out at a nice moderate pace, but as we or I normally do the pace pick up when we got to RTE 70 and rode into a headwind. We stayed on 70 for 30 miles and kicked ass. We were about to pull into WaWa for our 55 miles water break when saw 3 riders ahead of us so we fool hearted decided catch them and ride with them for a bit. The faster we went so did they we were over 24 mph and couldn't close down the gap. After 3 miles we gave up, After 11 miles we got to the intersection and met up with them just before they took off straight, we turned right. We headed back to our meeting location but because we went the opposite direction on the loop it meant the ride was going to be at least 10 miles longer than planned and with tough riding all week we both were a little fatigued and it became evident the last 20 miles besides we burned too much of our candle earlier in this ride! What doesn't kill us makes us stronger... these old bones need a rest so I well be taking it easy} for the next few rides to recover! A get ready for some more adventures with Albert!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
