Well this morning I got 2 hours sleep better than no sleep... As usual I'm racing around getting everything ready to get out the door, this morning I forgot to put the batteries in for power meter so had to go back for that, once I got out on the road realized I forgot my water bottles so we made a quick potato at WaWa where I picked up 2 bottles of water. The bad, I didn't drink any water, I did drink 17 oz before the ride and relieved myself of all that water on the 4 or 5 pit stops I had to make. The ride was cut short because Albert had a business meeting he had to attend. The temperature was colder than forecast but warmer than our last ride by the temperature readings but it felt much colder and I dressed warmer and was colder. Luckily I put on the bar mitts which saved my hands from freezing and they are aero too! We had a nice ride on some new but rough roads for Albert, our next adventure will be on Thursday.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
