Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather is cold, although sunny. Winds from the South East. A day for the Alpine Forest. The legs felt pretty good to start. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the summit of OTR. I made it to the summit in good average time. I was using my Garmin watch for the heart rate metrics. It worked like a charm. The Banducci Wall was part traffic mitigation. As usual, it was much more calm after reaching the Alpine Forest climb. I was a bit patient, so I was coaching just a bit. I didn't bother to check my HR at the summit. I wasn't at my max, but probably around 150 BPM, I made my way around the backside and then to the summit of Banducci. I took a few moments rest and then headed back down. I was going into a strong headwind, so it felt like I was standing still. I was letting traffic by, all the while. Descending off the Banducci Wall was mostly caution. Not much fun. The return on OTR was relaxing, although getting cold from the strong wind conditions. I shut it down after reaching the top of Weston. Concentration was ok, not great. I was a bit reluctant to get out. At least, minimal gremlins. Gear worked flawless. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through about half my Gatorade. Ailments, minimal. My right hand is sore, but it didn't detract much from handling the bike. Other notes, I saw one eBike cyclist today somewhere around when I was approaching OTR.
