It's a great day for a Keene ride! In the upper 50's with winds from the North West. The legs felt good to start. I didn't bother checking the time at the summit, but it was likely good average time. I cruised the downhill and put in two digs over the risers. I made it to the base of the climb in about 26 minutes. I spared no time and headed back. The climbing legs were good. The landmarks went fast. I loved the cool dense air on my back. So nice! Nothing much else to tell. The Garmin Watch HR accuracy was the same as the previous ride. About 3 to 5 BPM off the norm. (Compared to the chest band). I stopped once to take a photo of the passing trains. Other than that, it was non-stop climbinb. After making it to the summit, I was able to relax. I shut it down after reaching the top of Weston. Concentration was good. The morale felt good. Gear worked flawless. I bought a new GoPro camera that is due to arrive on Friday. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through about half my Gatorade, no water. Ailments were minimal. My right wrist is still a bit sore, it was complaining in the last mile of the climb. It didn't detract to my tempo. Balance and form was good. Other notes, no cyclists today.
