Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Quick entry for today. The weather is cold but warmer than the previous ride. I chose to ride to the Alpine Forest. The legs felt good to start. Sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the summit of OTR. I made it there in good time. The Banducci Wall was partial traffic mitigation. The Arosa climb went fast. I had stuff to think about. I made my way around the backside to the summit. Took a few moments rest, then headed back down the mountain. I zipped to and through the OTR descent and shut it down when I reached the top of Weston. Concentration was good. I had stuff to think about. Gear worked flawless. Took a while to get the HR sensor to pickup on the Edge 810, but I got it to work before the departure. I did a speed test on the new phone in two places. At the summit of OTR and Banducci. OTR had about a 11 / 0.5 Mbps rating and the Banducci summit was around 180 / 11.4 Mbps. Real good at the summit. Nutrition was good. No hunger signs. I went through most of my Gatorade, no water. Balance and form was good. Ailments were minimal. Just some minor hand soreness. Other notes, I saw two cyclists today.
