Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I had a bad stomach for the past two days. Yesterday was worse, today was a bit better. I was feeling good enough for a ride. Keene did the trick. Quick yet vigorous. The weather continues to let up. It was in the low 50's. Winds from the North West. I made it to the summit of the descent in about 10 minutes. So, good average time, all things considered. I lost weight and am now at 130 lbs. I hope to gain it back next month. Will see how the GI cooperates. The descent was mostly relaxing. No serious digs over the risers. I didn't bother checking the time when I reached the base of Keene. I headed back with no stopping. The return went fast. I was coaching myself past the landmarks. The body responded well. Concentration was good. I had a few things to think about and I felt like getting out. Gear worked perfect, although, the GoPro camera stopped recording just as I was about to make the left turn onto Weston. Will have to investigate why. I put a new SD card in, so no clue. Balance and form was good. Nutrition was good. I went through about 2/3rds of my Gatorade. Ailments were minimal. The GI cooperated and had no problems there. Other notes, there were some spectators at the Loop Monument as I was passing by on the ascent.
