Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Went riding in the late morning. Winds were from the South. I did good time to the top of Woodford-Teh. Today was mostly about testing my new gear. Both clothing and componentry. After trying the clothes today, I'm kind of liking the fit. I ended up re-orering the Large, and I will try that on at least 1 or 2 rides. It's real difficult to gauge which one I'm going to keep at this moment, but now I am leaning towards XL. Componentry... The shifting was flawless to the top of Woodford-Teh. and to the bottom of Keene. But on the return trip, it immediately showed problems down upshifting. I decided to ride it out and tune it after getting back. I didn't want to make the problem any worse. Fitness and such... I felt good most of the way, but I had some soreness in the lower back and right calve. Other than that, I was able to do good tempo uphill and into the wind. I had good concentration and balance was good, but I think I am a little high on the saddle. I was anticipating this, as the cranks I am using are 172.5mm as opposed to 170mm. All other components worked well. After getting home, I readjust the Rear derailer. I noticed in the Dealer Manaul that the rear deraleur has 2 adjustable bolts on the underside. I didn't realize I had to adjust them until after the ride. So, tomorrow (hopefully I can get out), I will see how the shifting holds up. I printed out some instructions on how to trim the rear deraileur settings electronically.
