Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's cloudy and was raining, so I hopped on the trainer. The legs felt pretty good to start. My patience was the lesser of things. I had two Halo Replays going while I was riding. One for the entire route, and the other for the climb. I was sufficiently warmed up by the time I reached the start of the climb. After about 10 minutes into the climb, I was feeling better in the patience. I settled into a steady tempo. Mostly out of the saddle. I was keeping an eye on my Halo Replay. It was ahead of me most of the time, by about 20 seconds towards the last half of the climb. When I was approaching the summit, I noticed I was pulling time back. So, I increased the tempo. I caught my Halo Replay just before the summit. I think I caught up to my route Halo Replay too, but I have to check the footage. I was at max 160+ BPM.
From there, I did the bonus climb. I was able to beat my replay on that segment. I cruised my way down the mountain from there. I zipped through the undulating terrain that led to the finish. I beat my replay through the sprint zone and to the finish. I shut it down immediately after. I hopped off the trainer after the HR went down to 112 BPM. Concentration was good. Gear held up, but the HR sensor lost connection here and there. I had my GPS on the bike. The HR never dropped out on the unit. Ailments were next to none. Just some hand soreness. Nutrition was good. I drank about half my Gatorade and some water. Balance and form was good. Other notes, there were over 3000 riders on this map, today.
