Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

After the weekend's big ride, I decided on a recovery ride. Perfect for the Buffalo Run. The legs felt good. I made it to the summit of OTR in good time. The weather is great! Nice and cool and not so much direct sun light. I did the usual loop, reaching near max to the top of Highline. From there, it was back to OTR. A bit of PT on the descent and the usual push over Mariposa. As always, shutting it down at the top of Weston. Concentration was good. The morale felt good. I'm planning on buying my next bike in the next month or two, (all things being equal). Balance and form was good. Gear held up perfect. Nutrition was good. Although, my GI is a bit sour now. So, I'm having oatmeal for lunch Ailments were next to none. Other notes, no other cyclists today!
