I had just gone to see Tess Lawless around dinnertime for the first time . I found it relaxing enough . She sent me a list of utube ,books , and talks to listen to , so like everything else , I will have a go at it and see will it make me more relaxed. I have to see her next week so "watch this space". Anyway I was on my way to Claires as I was not there for a long time and also i wanted to have a small bit of practice as next Sunday I hope to go on the Wicklow100. So I hope I will be able to do tthat . Its going over the Sally Gap which is quite difficult , but I am more than capable of doing it if I stop on two occasions . Once before i come to Cruagh Woods and once before i come to the Lakes a few miles before the Sally Gap. Then its kids play as most of it is downhill . Most of it that is . I was going to go as far as Claires but i thought the light was fading . The weather was cold but sunny . But on the way back I discovered that I was wearing sunglasses , therefore a bit darker .
