I tried to get out earlier but had a few things I had to do to the TT Bike that I forgot to do, the most important was I need to readjust the Di2 shifting, took me much longer to do because I couldn't get the app to connect to the Di2, then I had to oil the chain. Tuesday since it was raining with lightning and thunder I decided to set up the TT bike back to training mode, which means putting everything back on that I removed to reduce the weight to as low as possible for racing. Changing out the race wheels, brake pads and adjust brake width for the training wheels. I also had to put the lights , cameras and computer back on the bike. I was wondering how my left knee and lower back was going to hold up during the ride. They were tinder but held up, what was more of an issue was my neck, groin pain from the saddle and quad soreness from the lack of riding. It was very nice to get back out June was a terrible month for me, now I need to make it up! Before the ride I had a great idea of doing a ride on the TT bike then switch to the Road bike. That didn't work out as planned, maybe tomorrow will be different. The adventure continues... be safe out there and enjoy your ride!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
