Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I had lab work today, so I had to get out later than usual. Fortunately the weather was good, in the 70's. I had pretty good legs today, but I decided to take it easy until the return ascent. I made it to the top of woodford-teh in about 11 minutes. So, that was real modest tempo. The way down was pretty much the same thing. I cruised the downhill, no digs, but just maintaining a conservative pace. The return trip was a mixed bag of tempos. In the first few miles, till the first platuae(sp?), I did modest tempo. Then I started to do some intervals. To my surprise, my HR was higher than usual, I think I peaked at nearly 170bpm. As for ailments, I had numbness in my right hand for longer than usual. About 10 to 15 minutes. I had to shake it off for 30 seconds at a time. Maybe, 3 or 4 times. By doing that, it kept it in check. Other than that, my body felt real good. Gear, everything worked great. My gopro wasn't recording when I reached the bottom to change modes. I'm not sure why, maybe I forget to start the recording at the time. There were some clicks here and there from the bike. Some of which were the pedals/cleats. Other than that, everything else worked great. My concentration was mostly spot on, but lapses at a few locations that required re-focusing, taking a minute or two to gain my full concentration back.
