Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I was expecting a package today, including the new cleats. I was hoping I could get them and put them on before today's ride. I got to the mailbox around 11:30am, but the carrier didn't deliver the mail yet. I'll get it later today. OK, the ride... The weather was great, in the 70's and blue skys. Cutting right to the chase. I cruised the downhill. The way back up was a little unusual in terms of my heart rate. It rarely got above 160bpm. Usually on the dig points, I would peak out around 165-168. But not today. Will have to see how I feel on the next ride. My right hand experienced occassional numbness. I was shaking it off about every 10 minutes or so on the return trip. Everything else felt good. A bit of exhaustion from the heat as the tailwind caused the usual void of air as to cause heating. Perhaps it was that heat that kept my heart rate from reaching it's full potential. Concentration was good, very few lapses. Leg balance is good. I felt solid in and out of the saddle. The gear is working great, no problems there. My right scapula (sp?) has been a little sore in the past week or two. Not sure what the problem is. Right now it feels fine, but If I put some load on it, it feels a little sore. My thumb is feeling a little better, still a bit sore to the touch.
