Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's getting warmer. I decided to depart early for two reasons. The hot weather and I have an appointment in the afternoon today. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the summit of the descent in good time. I cruised the downhill. I was a bit impatient and somewhat anxious. I put it two digs over the risers. I made it to the base of the climb in about 27 minutes. I spared no time and headed back up the mountain. I was a bit impatient. I had some modest bio signs, so that was a distraction. The landmarks went fairly quick. I tried to stay concentrated by listening to music and thinking about the next landmark. When I approached the summit, I put in three interval efforts. The last being an effort over the top. From there, I recovered and made my way back home. I shut it down after reaching the summit of Weston. Concentration was pretty good. I have an appointment today, so I was juggling between thoughts. Gear worked flawless. I think I have to rotate the handle bars downwards, ever so slightly. Ailments, some hand numbness while out of the saddle. I tried different hand positions to mitigate. Otherwise sitting and shaking them did the trick, as usual. Balance and form was good. I felt real good on the riser sprints. Nutrition was good. I went through half my Gatorade and some water. Other notes, no cyclists today.
Other notes: The mystery clicking noises are no longer apparent.
