Annual ride around lovely Lancaster County over multiple covered bridges. Starting temp was 55 (!!) and we eventually saw 90, but not til the very end. Day was bright and clear with wind not starting up til some time after Mile 50. Wasn't much of a wind, really, unless you had a lot of miles on your legs. Felt much better this year than last. Like, well, maayyyyybe there was a much better effort to get the body ready for 66 miles... Contact points are tired, but not in pain. Maximum speed was at mile 21.5 -- and that was with zero pedaling after cresting the hill. Pretty glad we didn't climb that side. Also pleased with decision to move start point to Listrak from Shady Maple so that the big climb(s) started at Mile 20 instead of Mile 50....
