Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

The weather warmed up a bit. I was around 50 degrees when I departed. Winds were from the North West. I was a bit undecided what to wear. I decided on arms, knees and a cap. I also brought my arm coolers stowed in the saddle bag. The legs felt pretty good to start. I made it to the summit of OTR in good average time. I removed my knee warmers and I removed my head cap half way up OTR. The Banducci Wall had minimal traffic mitigation, so I wasn't too distracted. I was well within my limits going over the top. The Alpine Forest went quick. I was at the foot of the speed bumps in no time (it felt). I had some matches going over the top. I made my way around the backside and then to the summit of Banducci. I took a few moments to recover, checked the GoPro camera, and let traffic by. I accidentally broke the Velcro strap that was holding the tail light. It took me a minute to re-secure it. From there, I headed down the mountain. There was minimal traffic descending off the Banducci Wall, so I was able to let the wheels roll with minimum braking. I headed up the Volcano climb and did the Buffalo route. I got back onto Highline and made my way back to OTR. OTR was mostly fun and games. I pushed over Mariposa and then back home. I shut it down at the top of Weston. Interesting, the wind shifted to the North on the last few miles of the ride. Concentration was good. Minimal lapses. Minimal gremlins. Balance and form was good. Ailments, some hand numbness. A bit less than usual given the cooler weather (that seems to help). Nutrition was good. I drank most of my sport drink, perhaps a few sips of water. Gear held up perfectly. Other notes, no cyclists to be seen. There were some walkers near OTR.
